Reservation hold times
We kindly hold restaurant reservations for 15 minutes from the confirmed booking time. If you are running late, call our team so we can do our best to adjust your seating while maintaining flow for other guests.
Group bookings & events
Groups of 8 or more may be hosted on a curated set menu or shared feast to ensure a relaxed and timely service. For private dining rooms and full-venue hire, our events specialists will tailor a proposal that reflects your style, budget, and preferred level of hosted entertainment.
Cancellations & changes
If your plans change, we appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for standard reservations and 7 days for private events. This enables us to welcome guests from our waitlist and plan produce orders responsibly.

Responsible-Play & Age Requirements – All poker night bookings require guests to be 18+ years of age, and events are conducted in accordance with Australian law. Poker evenings are entertainment only, held exclusively at our physical venue.
Age & identification
All guests attending hosted poker evenings must be 18 years of age or older and may be required to present valid photo identification on arrival. For mixed groups, under-18 guests are welcome in dining areas when accompanied by a responsible adult, excluding poker-specific zones.
Entertainment-only poker
Our poker experiences are professionally hosted, social in nature, and focused on hospitality. They are conducted strictly in-venue and are not connected to any online poker or remote gambling services. We do not offer digital wagering, player accounts, jackpots, or financial transaction facilities through this website.
Responsible-play approach
